Please answear this questions to see how can we help you:

What version of Elastix where you using whe you did the yum update?
Did you change the yum repositories?
Did you update freePBX from the freePBX interfase?

Please send us the output of yum -qa | grep -i pear

    Regards,

    Hi,

One of these updates appeared to break my install as well:

    Aug 12 05:32:39 Updated: freePBX - 2.4.0-12.noarch
    Aug 12 05:32:42 Updated: elastix - 1.1-8.noarch

Symptoms were dumped calls after initial response in the IVR and inability to place outbound calls. Also, my regular user account on the box got dumped out of the sudo group. I'm not sure if it was in sudoers or in the wheel group.

FreePBX complained of a broken module - asterisk-cli. Trying to 'upgrade' it reported: * Cannot find module.

I was able to get the system back in service by upgrading all in FreePBX, uninstalling asterisk-cli and re-installing asterisk-cli.

Things appear to be working, though this error remains:

    DEST STATUS: EMPTY
    Announcement: BFC Main

    Added ago
    (retrieve_conf.BADDEST)

and that's a reference to my IVR's initial announcement. Not sure what it means but it seems coincidental at least.
