YUM not Working?

    Elastix Beta: Elastix 2.0 Beta1 32 bits ISO

    I cannot update or install using yum:

    [root@crm ~]# yum update

    Hi ShVofka, wellcome to the forums!!

    It looks as a problem of your internet connection. Can you ping out from the server??

    Yes, i can ping out from my server.
    i find problem in elastix.repo:
    in /etc/yum.repos.d I delete elastix.repo , then yum update work, but then i cannot update elastix and asterisk files.....?

    Hi all!!

    any solution for this????


    I have the same problem!!!! the server mirror.elastix.org is down... :-(

    can we change the repos of yum???? for what address?

    This only happend in beta version.....

    uncomment the baseurl line and comment the mirror line (x 4) change the 2 (beta) to 1(stable) if needed.

    Ah so it wasn't just me. I was getting that with 2.0 but I was presuming it was because my ISP "manages" my traffic on my unlimited data plan.
    No issues with 1.6 however :)

    hey guys 2.0 repos are betas and unstable betas on the move so...they re not relaible sometimes...thats why 1.6 is working...if you need to update try compilling by hand the code..instead of using rpm

    Set gpgcheck=1 to gpgcheck=0 and try again.

    replace all
    repo.elastix.org
    with
    repo-es.elastix.org
