Wrong Billing

    Hi,

    It appears that the call duration logged for trunk call includes the period the phone rings(before the receiver answers the call). The resulting bill is inaccurate since its over-bloated. Does anyone know what I can do solve this challenge.

    Depending on the type of calls these are you should set ANSWER_CALL=NO for the AGI conf (I assume you're talking about A2Billing?) you are using. If A2Billing is answering the call it would start the billing from then.
