I am trying to find the tables that Call Center uses to build its reports. I did some hacking to make agent login/logout simple from the phone *7### for log in *8### for logout. It appears reports don't work now so I wanted to see if the data was even getting into the database.

I do have elastixdialer running and I verified username and password.

Thanks for any help.

I don't use Call Center, but all Elastix databases are in /var/www/db and they are in sqlite3 format.

Thank you for your post. I don't see it there, but that simple post answered a ton of questions I had about Elastix and where things are at. I think you pointed me in the right direction for finding what I am looking for as well.

Easy solution. Add your queues incoming calls tab in Call Center. I feel sill posting this but it might save someone else some time.

all call center tables are in:
./var/lib/mysql/call_center
and they are in .frm (mysql) format.
