Weird Queue Behavior

    Hi Guys,

    Got a weird one. Firstly I have had an issue with queue agents ending up unavailable until you reload a module. I have patched the modules.conf file to hopefully fix that problem.

    The new problem is around queues again.

    System Specs :-
    Elastix 1.6.2-4
    FreePBX 2.8.0RC1
    3x SIP trunks
    2x PSTN trunks via TDM400P

    I have a queue setup (601), all inbound calls go to this queue. There are 4 static agents 402,404,406,410 in ringall strategy and autofill and CW turned off.
    If a call comes in on SIP only 402,404,406 ring
    If a call comes in on PSTN all 4 ring

    Further to this, if I have only agents 401,404,410 assigned to queue 601
    If a call comes in on SIP only 404 ring
    If a call comes in on PSTN all 3 ring

    I had this issue on the previous version of Elastix, FreePBX, etc and decided to upgrade (using FreePBX & yum) in the hope this would be rectified.

    Most likely there is a bug in the config and a rebiuld will be needed.

    Any ideas on why this is happening? has anyone else had this problem?
