    Hi All,

    I have 3 sites running Elastix 2.0.0.58

Randomly a caller will be transfered to a IVR or a different extension (create a 3 way call) in the middle of a conversation.

Has anyone run into this issue in the past?

    Thanks
    Gill

That was an instance when it was sent to the IVR...other times it gets sent to another extension
