Web-Meetme not recording

Web-meetme is not recording calls if i designate a pin whether it user or moderator.

Create conference without either pin the conference will be recorded upon anyone entering the bridge.
Create conference WITH a pin and the conference will NOT be recorded, no wav will be created if anyone joins.

Anyone have this problem? I need some help with this asap. I have all of my conferences recorded at all times, or need to at least WITH pin's.
