I do mean the default billing module in Elastix. (Not a 2billing)
I did read the format is:

    Prefix;Name;Rate;Rate Offset;Trunk

    eg 9099;Cel;250.0;0.00;None

But do i need to import it as a *.csv file ? *.txt ?
Just a simple question. But where to find the answer ?

Okay i just tested it with a seconds Elastix box incase i mess up..
And the answer is yes... import as *.csv

Make a file and for example you're rates:

    9099;Cel;250.0;0.00;None

Has been a long time i have check this post.

But here how it worked for me. Example of importing a rate for Luxemburg.

If you charge your clients 0.026 cent minute fixed line
and 0.185 Mobile cel phone and no offset. Save this file as for
example: Luxemburg.csv and import to Elastix. SIP/Yourtrunkname =
Change this to your trunk name. Dont forget to activate it in:

    Billing Setup
    Trunk Bill Configuration
Billing Capable (Here set the trunk for billing)

    00352;Luxemburg;0.026;0.00;SIP/Yourtrunkname
    003526021;Luxemburg Mobile;0.185;0.00;SIP/Yourtrunkname
    00352621;Luxemburg Mobile;0.185;0.00;SIP/Yourtrunkname
    00352628;Luxemburg Mobile;0.185;0.00;SIP/Yourtrunkname
    00352691;Luxemburg Mobile;0.185;0.00;SIP/Yourtrunkname
    00352698;Luxemburg Mobile;0.185;0.00;SIP/Yourtrunkname
    00352661;Luxemburg Mobile;0.185;0.00;SIP/Yourtrunkname
    00352668;Luxemburg Mobile;0.185;0.00;SIP/Yourtrunkname

    Good Luck !!!

But i will try soon A2B So its more automated.
This works fine if you have not so much sip clients. But if you have a few 100
    Better go to A2B
