Waiting call issue on Cisco 7940 with 1 FXO line

    Hi Guys,


    I found that Cisco 7940 sip phone (with both line buttons configured with the same extension number) could not pick up the waiting call while the line 1 is on the call. But I can hear the tone which indicate there is a waiting call.

    I enabled the waiting feature on the extension setting of Elastix.
    The 7940 sip phone uses P0S3-6-12-0 firmware and Elastix is 2.0.3.

    Could someone help me with this issue?
