Hello, Im had playing with vtiger, the click and call work fine, but I have troubles with the incoming call pup up, the trouble is with the agi, Im don't know where could be put the agi, I had tested with:

[ext-local-custom]
exten => 102,1,AGI(ident.agi)

or..

exten => 102,2,AGI(ident.agi)

or..

exten => 102,n,AGI(ident.agi)

I had changed the script next to from-trunk, but the agi is don't executed.

Where could be insert the line??

Regards.

Vlad.

Yes, is a context issue. The trouble is the place where could be the agi:

AGI(ident.agi)

The context to 102 is on extensions_additional.conf

[ext-local]
include => ext-local-custom
exten => 102,1,Macro(exten-vm,novm,102)
exten => 102,n,Hangup

Then Im use ext-local-custom to add:

[ext-local-custom]
exten => 102,1,AGI(ident.agi)

But this don't work. Where I could be add the agi?

I have read in the README from rr_vtiger5asterisk_102.zip it should be like this:

exten=102,2,AGI,ident.agi

Any help from Elastix developers??
Is this feature working?

Some help would be really appreciated.
