volume loss with follow me to cell phone

    Hi,

    We are successfully using Elastix vrsn 1.1-8 using all polycom phones.

    Our company works with the hearing impaired community & we have an employee that provides assistance that is out of the office 90% of the time. We use Follow Me to transfer calls to his cell phone.

    The problem we're having is that when the calls are transferred to him from one of our internal operators he is told by customers that it's hard to hear him & he sounds far away. When he takes a call directly from a customer he doesn't have the problem.

    Does anyone have any ideas why he is losing volume when it goes through follow me.
