    I'm using Elastix 1.6-14 32bit
    When someone calls to an extension and dosn't get an answer he gets to the voicemail that say something like "leave your message and hangup or press a # key"
    If the person thats calling just hangs up everything works fine, but if he press the # key he recives "press 1 to save a message" and if he press 1 then the system say "sorry there was an error" and hangs up without leaving a message.

    Any idea whats the problem and how it can be fixed?

    Paste the ClI output when this happens, but first do the following:

    1. Edit /etc/asterisk/logger.conf and add the following line
    console => notice,warning,error,debug,verbose

    2. Execute the following command from the shell
    asterisk -rx "module reload"

    Now paste the CLI output

    Yes that is correct, and I suppose that you left a more than 3 second message? Or it was only one second? Try to leave a 5 second message and paste the CLI output if you have any issue.
    Have you modified anything on any voicemail configuration file, or any related file?

    Yes my message was too short
    I already set a min message length to 1 sec and its working fine now.
    Thank you very much.
