Very recently our voice mail messaging email notification stopped sending emails. When someone gets a voice mail it no longer sends an email. I tried to look at the PBX configuration and it looks fine. No changes have been made to anyone. Perhaps it does not like the DNS entry anymore? What would be acceptable? I read through the manual a bit and it says things about editing the Asterisk installed PC files such as main.cf. I have no idea which PC has Asterisk installed. I assume it would be the server. I took a look through it and it did not seem to have it. So I have no idea where I would go to or which PC has it. I did not install Asterisk or Elastix or whatever it is called. Is there a step by step process I could go through to figure out the problem?
