Voicemail and forward issues????

    I have installed a working elastixs pbx version with IVR, extensions etc. My problem is that when people leave me a voicemail I don't know how I am able to listen to this soundfile from my softphone (Eyebeam, paid for version). Do I somehow need to add the directory of the soundfile on the pbx or how will I be able to listen to messages people leave for me when I am not in the office?

    Secondly I am looking for a way to forward the extension to external mobile phones when not available. How do I do this the easiest way? (from the softphone or do I have to configure in the pbx?)
