There is a limit of 100 voicemails per mailbox, search the forum, I saw a thread not too long ago about it.
    To fix permissions:
    Code:
    chown -R asterisk.asterisk /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail

and if you want to delete the old ones (older than 30 days):
    Code:
find /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/ -mtime +30 | grep msg | xargs rm -rf

Both commands are one-liners, but Fireboard breaks many lines in two or even three, watch out.

    ok

I copy and paste your commands in:

Elastix => Tools => Comand Window

and after that i receive in response

No such command 'chown -R asterisk.asterisk /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail' (type 'help chown -R' for other possible commands)

    what I do wrong...?

    Thanks!

You should probably do that from a bash shell (the "local console" or an ssh session on the Elastix box)

There is nothing special, welcome to a new way of looking at things, there is linux, and on top of that asterisk and on top of that freepbx and on top of that Elastix. Each has it's own interface. If you haven't read "Elastix Without Tears" I suggest you do so (several times) if you need help with asterisk/voip, http://voip-info.org can be truly educational, if you need help with the linux shell, google "linux bash tutorial", (bash (Bourne Again SHell, see the geeks are funny also)) is the "command prompt" you get at the console or ssh by default).

Thanks! ;-) Look like here is everything!

And before I start reading "Elastix Without Tears" I have one more stupid question:

    This commands provided by ramoncio

    Code:

    chown -R asterisk.asterisk /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail

find /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/ -mtime +30 | grep msg | xargs rm -rf

Can I backup/edit/update through FTP Client...?

    :S

    Thanks!

Well you could, inefficient though that might be, but be careful, linux is not windows and if you edit files in many windows text editors you will destroy your "line terminations", try winscp which is largely an ssh based shell that understands linux and is safe to use on windoze boxes.

Finally I have time to try the provided fix

    I apply that commands

And now when I access voice-mail from my phone is asking me for extension then for password when I enter extension number and my password - System say password incorrect!

When I call my extension from other phone after 3 tones I have: "I am sorry an error has occur"

So now I can't aces my voice mail at all, but provided code (see above) finally delete all voice-mails so at last that part work perfectly :)

To check what happen I log in to Elastix and I find that all data in each extension is empty!!! - also I log in to Free PBX and here all data for each extension Still Exist! - look like the whole system now is running on Free PBX

    Any Ideas...?

Look like without help we not gone fix that :(
