I get a lot of records in the CDR report where the destination is shown as "vmret". Anyone knows what does this mean?

Thanks,
Aner

I've also seen a few calls ending up at "vmret". My Google-fu is proving weak, and this is the only result for a forum search for "vmret". Can anyone clue us in as to what this destination is and why people might be landing there?

I believe that in an IVR, if

"VM Return to IVR"

is checked this is what you will see as a destination.

Hover-over help)
(If checked, upon exiting voicemail a caller will be returned to this IVR if they got a users voicemail)
