Video inbound call in call center agent

Dear all, I am trying to use agent login Elastix call center, ready to take call from queue. I make a video call into the queue then agent pick up the call. The voice is work fine but the video is not working. Agent can see the video from caller but the caller can not see agent.

Both agent & caller can see each other while agent did not login but extension is in queue.

Is there any one have such experience? Any idea is welcome, thanks!
Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable
