Yes. It's an Asterisk function not an "Elastix" function...
in sip.conf make sure you have
[general]
videosupport=yes

and take a look at ooh323.conf.sample in your asterisk dir. and change for your setup. Not sure if you even need to change that, it may just work after first sip.conf change...???

Of course you will need 2 video capable devices, IP Phones or EyeBeam/Bria
(makers of x-lite, from Counterpath)

Beyond that, I'm not sure of any of this, because even as of * 1.4 video conferenceing is still in infancy. * 1.6 may have better codec support etc...

I hope that helps any...

If you want to set video support, you will need to edit /etc/asterisk/sip_general_custom.conf
and add the following lines:
Code:
videosupport=yes
maxcallbitrate=384

allow=h261
allow=h263
allow=h263p
allow=h264
Then execute from the shell:
asterisk -rx "reload"

I edited the file, but my video was not working. The softphone connects and definitely recognizes that there is video and can be sent, but when I try sending the video, x-lite crashes. Any ideas what might have been the cause?
