Very strong echo

I have installed in my company Elastix 1.5.2-2. All operators are using phones and the extensions are SIP, with the iLBC codec as primary. Well, many users are hearing a very strong echo, disturbing the conversation. Is there any configuration or update that may resolve this issue?

Hi.

One solution, use the QoS into your LAN and try to set the jitterbuffer=yes and the other parameters arround.
The QoS is some paramters in your routeur or maiby your switch.
and try to put some QoS / Tos parameters in config's Elastix (sip config for example).

Be careful at RX and TX gain on each phone extension. Too high, you could have an echo.
