Valid message

    Take my apologizes for that question, but I can't find how to change it during the call if IVR starts playing the message and lets say the caller press by mistake not existing options or extension - is there any way to forward such call to the operator?

    Default message is " I am sorry this is not a valid extension" in Elastix 1.6


    This is kind of annoying for callers.
