!!Urgent Help To Config Complete Call Center Modul

    !!Urgent Help To Config Complete Call Center Module ,Outgoing Campaigns, Agents are in Online (its shows Online) but ,In Agent Console Screen DisPlays no Active calls Time 00:00:00 but it shows script.

    In Outgoing campaign after uploading leads >When i Click view CSV data ,it downloads and shows NO DATA FOUND

    I am Trying more then 6 months to solve this issue alone,please help me .If any needs i give my Server IP to Sort out Problem.

    try to see if the data is in the mysql database call_center.
    I have the some problem but when I upload the file the data it`s on the Database and work`s fine
