urgent!!!!CALL CENTER REPORTS!!!!urgent!!

    Hi there

    I have an elastix server with inbound and outbound calls through the call center module.

    I have call center reports of the outgoing campaign which is in the queue 501, but no reports from the incoming calls which go in the queue 500, what is wrong????

    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi there

    I forgot to activate the incoming queue inside the ingoing calls tab. My mistake, I am sorry for making all this noise.
