Upgrade corrupts Zap channels

I just upgraded Elastix, FreePBX and CentOS (yum update). The result is that I now cannot make calls using Zap interface. I always get a 'all circuits are busy' response. I reconfigured hardware (TDM400P) using web interface, and also used zapata.conf.rpmsave. No luck.

I would appreciate some help. Thanks

Unfortunately, it does not seem to solve the problem. Tried every copy of zapata.conf I could find, with no luck (.rpmnew, .rpmsave etc.).
I also notice that automatic detection via the web interface will not work unless I check "There is Sangoma card". As I mentioned, mine is a TDM400P with 4 FXOs.

I have the same card and re-naming the zapata file fixed mine.I didn't need to run hardware detection again just refreshed
