    I have been getting this when I use yum update.
    http://repo.elastix.org/elastix/1/updat ... ary.xml.gz: [Errno -1] Metadata file does not match checksum
    Trying other mirror.
    primary.xml.gz | 72 kB 00:00
    http://repo.elastix.org/elastix/1/updat ... ary.xml.gz: [Errno -1] Metadata file does not match checksum
    Trying other mirror.
    Error: failure: repodata/primary.xml.gz from elastix-updates: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

    I tried all the fixes offerd using google including two brand new installations but they do not fix the problem.

    I believe there is some problem with the repository. If I change:/etc/yum.repos.d/elastix.repo from this:
    [elastix-updates]
    name=Updates RPM Repository for Elastix
    baseurl=http://repo.elastix.org/elastix/1/updates/$basearch/
    gpgcheck=0
    enabled=1
    exclude=elastix-mysqldbdata

    to this:
    [elastix-updates]
    name=Updates RPM Repository for Elastix
    baseurl=http://repo.elastix.org/elastix/1/updates/$basearch/
    gpgcheck=0
    enabled=0
    exclude=elastix-mysqldbdata

    Everything works properly. I do not understand the yum update system but it does look like a server or at least file on the server problem.

    Try these commands:

    yum clean all

    Then run

    yum -y update
