I have now searched many hours but am unable to find how I can update from elastix 2.0.0 to a new version.

Tried Yum Update, Yum Update Elastix and simular command but no new updates. Elastix remains at this:

    Elastix
    elastix 2.0.0 58
    elastix-firstboot 2.0.0 14
    elastix-reports 2.0.0 20
    elastix-addons 2.0.0 19
    elastix-agenda 2.0.0 24
    elastix-email_admin 2.0.0 23
    elastix-asterisk-sounds 1.2.3 1
    elastix-a2billing 1.3.0 4
    elastix-vtigercrm 5.1.0 8
    elastix-system 2.0.0 38
    elastix-fax 2.0.0 18
    elastix-pbx 2.0.0 41

How can I update my 2.0.0 version to any never 2.0.x version ?

I've tried this method but it goes as far as 2.0.58, is there anyway to upgrade to 2.0.3?

    Thanks

At risk of being flamed --- I have tried everything I can think of to update/upgrade beyond 2.00 with no effect.

I have used fastest mirror, disabled fastest mirror and used http://repo.elastix.org and
http://repo-us-tx.elastix.org as set baseurl. Seems no matter the approach I get no update:

    [root@elastix /]# yum update

    Re: Re:Update 2.0.0 to 2.0.x

if you have 2.0 you need to see if the elastix respo repositories ae correct and enable beta repos to see any important upgrades that has been made since 2.0.3

It worries me a little to have to jump from 2.00 to 2.04BETA ... I wish I could get to 2.03 as it is considered stable.

I guess I will sit tight.

I did it and it went fine to 2.0.4, has been running smooth with 10 phones and 3 queues etc... however I do not recommend it for PROD servers.

I just do not see why it has to be so tough to get to the lastest STABLE version.

I guess it is not updated in the repositories.

    Sigh!

    Re: Re:Update 2.0.0 to 2.0.x

its tough because there is no new develpment been done and nobody is helping to develop and test and nothing since more than a year
we are 4 or 5 people only helping in the community and the rest is looking for all the job to be done for them for free and now!
    thats why its tough ...
for the devs or to any asterisk guy its quite trivial to upgrade modify or de-elastisize buggy and crappy versions

Just looked into the numbers and files.

    When I go to Downloads > Soruces >2.0 > Updates > x86_64 > RPMS

    I see the different 2.0.0 versions. Example 2.0.0-58 date 19 nov 2010
    Also
    elastix-pbx-2.0.0-41.noarch.rpm 684.5 KB 2010-Nov-26

When I go to downloads show all downloads and select 2.0.3 I see a date of 16-11-2010

Could it be that version 2.0.0. is updated to 2.0.3 but the numbering is not showing this ?

As I wrote I get these version and some have update dates later than 2.0.3

    elastix 2.0.0 58
    elastix-firstboot 2.0.0 14
    elastix-reports 2.0.0 20
    elastix-addons 2.0.0 19
    elastix-agenda 2.0.0 24
    elastix-email_admin 2.0.0 23
    elastix-asterisk-sounds 1.2.3 1
    elastix-a2billing 1.3.0 4
    elastix-vtigercrm 5.1.0 8
    elastix-system 2.0.0 38
    elastix-fax 2.0.0 18
    elastix-pbx 2.0.0 41

Could someone who installed a clean 2.0.3 install maybe copy the version numbers that are showing in that version.

Are they different or are they the same or is this just one big error and does elastix do all updates but just does not show this.

    Asterisk 1.6.2.13 built by root @ rpmbuild64-2.elastix.palosanto.com on a x86_64 running Linux on 2010-10-06 16:25:35 UTC

This is what I get. I had version 2.0 installed So I assume everything has been updates to elastix version 2.0.3. but it still reads 2.0.0 so it all a mistake between version number.

Again can someone who made a fresh 2.0.3 install please post the version number from the backend.

you have 2.0.3 2.0058 is elastix GUI not elastix as a distro

    OK

    Name Package Name Version Release
    Elastix
    elastix 2.0.0 58
    elastix-firstboot 2.0.0 14
    elastix-reports 2.0.0 20
    elastix-addons 2.0.0 19
    elastix-agenda 2.0.0 24
    elastix-email_admin 2.0.0 23
    elastix-asterisk-sounds 1.2.3 1
    elastix-a2billing 1.3.0 4
    elastix-vtigercrm 5.1.0 8
    elastix-system 2.0.0 38
    elastix-fax 2.0.0 18
    elastix-pbx 2.0.0 41
    Name Package Name Version Release

So although this does show 2.0.0 in reallity I do have version 2.0.3 but in Version und the backend it does not show 2.0.3 but 2.0.0

So in the end this is all a big mistake and if someone started with version 2.0.0 this is update to 2.0.3 by now but it keeps showing 2.0.0

A bis confusing but it's clear now. Thanks
