Unknown Audio file played

Hi,

First of all, thanks for Elastix to all the community, it is a great software.

My problem is that when someone tries to make a call using one a2billing extension, if that number is invalid, the SIP trunk fails, or generally if the call fails for any reason, the user hears a prompt saying "The person you are calling is unavailable, please try again" over and over again.

I thought it was a problem with a2billing instead of Elastix, and I posted the problem on a2billing forums(http://forum.asterisk2billing.org/viewtopic.php?t=4290), however noone seems to be having the same problem, so I thought maybe the prompt is one Elastix prompt instead of an a2billing one.
