Unable to Transfer blind to Voicemail on Ex 11x

Hello,

I am having an issue where anytime we attempt to transfer a call direct to VM on EX 110-9 I get a message stating that the phone Ex I am calling from is unavailable. What I think is going on is that the phone is dialing *11 and dropping the last dialed digit. I have adjusted the Digitmap and Digitmap Timeout settings but the issue persists. Is the *11 feature code something I can turn off locally on the phone or in the elastix panel somewhere so that I can resolve this issue?

My PBX is V 1.6.2-33
Issue is happening consistently with both Polycom Soundpoint 3.11 and VVX410 phones. Below is my digimap string all extensions are 3 digits.
[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[1-8]xxxT|1[1-9]xxxxxxxxxT|*[1-8]xxx|[2-9]xxxxxx

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
