    I am trying to get my operator extension to have more then one call at a time come though. Right now I get one call in and then everyone else calling gets the VM is there any way of getting elastix to let more than one call out to the extension. I have a polycom 650 with only one line on right now any help would be awesome. I want to get four calls to flow to this extension at the same time at least.

    Call waiting is enabled and disabled by dialing *70 (on) and *71 (off) you can change that in FreePBX also, the default behavior is defined in /etc/amportal.conf.

    Depending on how you provision your Polycoms, you will need to change the x to whatever suits in

    reg.1.lineKeys="x"

    to suit the phone, in the <macaddress>reg.cfg xml file if it does not suit the number of line keys on your hardware. This applies generically whether you are using tftp or http or https or ftp, you don't mention how they are being provisioned. If it is 1 then you can at best expect a standard, call-waiting beep on the only line provisioned.

    /var/www/html/modules/endpoint_configuration/libs/vendors/Polycom.cfg.php

    is the file to edit if using the Elastix endpoint manager.

    If you are using the http server on the phone itself, I assume the same concept, but I have never bothered with that method.
