I have a TDM400P card (with 4 fxo channels) in my elastix server. My IVR is worked properly but the following error happen in Asterisk console "TRUNK Dial Failed due to CHANUNAVAIL HANGUPCAUSE" when I attempted to make outgoing calls or sending fax. What could be the possible reasons for this?

I am using DAHDI channels, is that correct that I am defining outgoing trunks as ZAP/1,...,ZAP/4. I have checked that the outbound routes have been pointing to these outgoing trunks.
