Trouble Ticketing Integration

    Hi everyone:

    Long time reader, first time poster .....

    I have a very basic Elastix install running with a couple of Linksys 3102s.

    Our ideal PBX system would allow a client to call in and enter a numerical ID to get status of a trouble ticket (scheduled repair date, ticket open or closed, etc).

    I have seen some text to voice stuff out there that would work great, but I have not found a trouble ticketing system that would integrate with Elastix and give us any of the above capability.

    Does anyone have any ideas, or could anyone point me in the direction of any product that I can investigate?

    No that I know, but maybe you can ask a feature request to intgrate Elastix with something like otrs.
