Transferred call are unbilled in Billing reports.

    Hi,

    If some internal extension says to operator to make outbound calls,Operator make call and transferred to required extension.After transfering of call there is no billing record for that extension.Billing report shows on the time period of Call make by Operator.

    This is totally wrong,if Operator recive 100 calls from internal extension to dial any PSTN or Mobile numbers, So all extension are un billed after transferring of call from operator to extension .

    Still waiting ,How to bill of Transferred call from Operator ?
