I have a 2 Elastix Boxes; one in Florida and the other in Asia. We have them trunked together with IAX trunks. When a call comes in on the Florida box and the customer hits 1 for tech support, the call is routed to the Asia box, where the tech support call is handled. If this caller needs to talk to sales, the call is transferred back to Florida. Here is the rub. The media path stays Florida to Asia back to Florida, introducing all kinds of delay and just generally a bad call, and it does not hang up properly Is there any way to prevent this from happening?
