    Hi

I have setup my elastix box fine and have incoming calls coming in to a ring group. What I would like to do is if no one answers in the said 20 or none of the extensions is avalaible it will transfer to a mobile. Can anyone tell me if and how I can do this. I know I can on 3cx but want to use elastix.

    Thanks

    Glenn

    Hi Glenn,

In Free PBX create a miscellaneous destination using the mobile number you want calls forwarding to then set the destination if no answer of the ring group to the miscellaneous destination that you have just created.

Not tried it myself and i am pretty new to Elastix/Asterisk but i think that should achieve what you requested however someone with a bit more experience may be able to suggest a better method.

    No problem, glad it worked!

I noticed in this post: http://www.elastix.org/index.php?option ... 7880#37880 you have been having trouble with voiptalk settings. Did you manage to get it working? If so please could you post the details. Tried a few times to set them up as a provider but never been succesful.

    Thanks

Hi, it's simple. You can use the Follow Me module available in https://<yourelastixip>/admin
This module is like the ring groups module but attached to an extension.
