    example:

Context 'macro-user-callerid' tries to include nonexistent context 'macro-user-callerid-custom'

There are hundreds of these for every feature of asterisk that add the custom piece at the end. and I see Music on hold quit working for them, I smell a re-install coming but am hoping that is not the case. This is all coming from pbx.c: .

Has this happenned to anyone Lately, its Elastix 1.6 and VoIP, FreePBX 2.7

I can't imagine this is too serious of a problem. FreePBX includes custom contexts for almost everything, so modifications can be made to the dial plan. These custom contexts, however, are not all defined in extensions_custom.conf. If it really bothers you, you can change your log configuration in /etc/asterisk/logger.conf to disable logging warning messages.

Their Music on Hold stopped working, I thought there was a correlation but an upgrade to Free Pbx 2.8 fixed it, also a new router helped too, thanks.
