Tone on New Queued Call for Agents?

    Hi there,

    I wanted to know if there is any way to have agents who are currently on a queue call here a small tone on the line when a new caller enters the queue... The agent would only have to hear the tone if a new call comes in for the same queue as the inbound call they are currently on (in other words, each agent is only on one queue at a time, so people in the support department wouldn't need or want to hear tones for sales queue calls). Is there any mod or module out there that will achieve this functionality? I would be willing to pay a small bounty for someone to develop this, if they were able to get it working.
