Todays question (Transfer to include org. CID)

    Hi All

    I am in the last mile of the phone system rollout.

    if someone goes to do a transfer from their phone to someone else, lets say a blind transfer, the receiving employee is seeing the name come up as the person making the transfer.

    Is there a way for me to post over the CID of the ORG person that called in.

    Here is my example

    ClientA calls in and reaches employeeB

    EmployeeB takes call and determines it should be over at EmployeeC

    EmployeeB hits transfer, pushes call to EmployeeC


    EmployeeC sees a call coming in from EmployeeB, who is also a friend and answers more so in a fun way.

    EmployeeC has just offended ClientA

    Thoughts?
