Todas llamadas van misma extensión (solucionado)

    Hola de nuevo amigos.

    Tengo dos troncales configuradas para que cada una vaya a una extensión. El problema es que las dos acaban en la misma extensión.

    Si en la ruta entrante de cada troncal pongo en el DID el número, entonces no me entran las llamadas. Si lo dejo en blanco en una troncal me entra directamente a una extensión (aunque no sea la que le he marcado) y no me deja ponerlo en blanco en la otra troncal.

    Cómo puedo configurar correctamente las troncales para que vayan a extensiones concretas??

    También os cuento que todavía no he logrado arreglar que en el FOP me sigan apareciendo las troncales por duplicado. Si se os ocurre algo que pueda probar os lo agradecería.

    Si son troncales anlogas, solo debes crearle un DID en freepbx, de manera que cada troncal tenga un numero que tu le asignas y de esta manera mapeas una linea analoga a un DID. Setup--> Zap Channels DID, con esta función podemos asignarle un DID de entrada a nuestras líneas análogas,

    Enotnces has lo siguiente intenta llamarte a cada una de los troncales que tengas y pega esa salida del cli de asterisk aqui para ver si te puedo orientar en que es lo que envian tus proveedores para poder crearles rutas entrantes independientes.

    ¿Quieres decir que llame a cada troncal por teléfono?
    ¿Cómo puedo ver el cli de asterisk?

    en la consola de linux, escribes asterisk -r luego eso te lleva a la consola de asterisk, una vez ahi llama a uno de tus numeros y te debe mostrar un grupo de informacion, eso es lo que necesito que me copies, una vez hecho esto, has lo mismo para el otro numero que posees.

    OK, perfecto. Ya accedo a la cli de asterisk. ¿cómo puedo copiar toda la información que aparece?

    Conectate con un cliente ssh como putty o algo asi desde otra pc, no lo hagas directamente en el server.

    Buenas, dada las circunstancias te recomiendo que te leas comunicaciones unificadas con elastix y elastix without tears para que puedas comprender un poco mas acerca de elastix.

    Llevo todo el fin de semana leyendo ambos manuales. Te lo aseguro. Lo que pasa que hay zonas a las que no llego.

    Lo primero que ambos explican es como conectarse remoto a su servidor elastix mediante el uso de putty.

    Si quieres una ayuda con chat entra al IRC a #elastix-es en freenode, lo puedes hacer mediante la pagina web de elastix.

    En un par de minutos te paso la de la otra línea, que no tiene ningún tipo de desvío y debería entrar directamente a otra extensión.

    En la primera troncal (la información que te he dado de asterisk)tengo el DID NUMBER en blanco para que puedan entrar las llamadas, por lo que "absorbe" cualquier llamada que se dirija a otras troncales, por lo que la entrada es la misma que la anterior.

    NO es cuestion de que DID le asignes, todo va a depender de lo que tu proveedor te envie. en el ejemplo que me envistae el proveedor te esta enviando la extension especial "s", esto es como si fuera un tronco analogo, para poder discriminar por DID de entrada tu proveedor debe ser capaz de enviarte el numero o algo que distinga cada DID no la extension "s".

    Entonces es algo que debería solicitar a mi proveedor??

    ¿Le digo que me envíe el número en vez de esa extensión especial "s"?

    Preguntale eso mismo, si el puede enviarte el numero en lugar de la extension "s".

    De todas formas, si el DID NUMBER de la ruta entrante lo dejo en blanco, ¿cómo puedo dirigir cada troncal a una extensión o a una cola?

    No hay forma de hacerlo sin poder discriminar de donde viene la llamada.

    Porque ? porque vos tenes que especificar de donde viene y decir a donde va (a que interno o ivr va).

    Te falta darle mas informacion a elastix y sin ella no podes hacer nada, que proveedor tenes ? o es un ATA con FXO ?
