    Hello

I want to do the following typical time conditions:

    Office Hour:

    Mon - Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm
    Sat: 9:00am - 1:00pm

    Non-Office Hour

    Mon - Fri: 7:00pm - 8:59am
    Sat: 1:01pm - 8:59am

    Thanks !

Use FreePBX and setup Time Groups, this is where you set the times to match. (Mon - Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm) & (Sat: 9:00am - 1:00pm) Seperately...

Then setup time condtions that will match the new groups.

In your case it sounds like you'd need two(2) groups/conditions made, and nest them together:

    GROUPS
    1. for the mon-fri group
    2. for sat group

If you don't change setting to something its default is "Any"...Only Set what you need to change...leave the rest.

    CONDITIONS
Time condition is where you'd make the magic happen in terms of testing those conditions...together.

    1. Setup Sat Condition first if it matches go to IVR (or whatever)
    2. If it doesn't match in this time condition the destiny can be voicemail (or whatever suites your needs; A different IVR perhaps?)
    3. Setup Mon-Fri Time Condition. If YES to Mon-Fri group...send to IVR(or whateves)
    4. If test fails (meaning its not in that time range) the failover destiny will be your next time condition (to test if it is Sat)

You do not need to setup groups for Non-Office hours, just what you want to match.
