Hi all,

I have elastix 1.6-12 and i have this issue:

- The ingoing call goes to timecondition
- If match they go to the ivr for recepcionist (This for working hours 8:00 am 6:00 pm).
- If doesn't match they go to another ivr for save voice mails. (This is for not working hours 6:00 pm 8:00 am [monday to friday] and [saturday and sunday all day]).

So when the call goes to the ivr for not working hours i have the destination to:

* Voicemail: [<500> Voicemail (no-msg)]

But when the call make this proccess the caller doesn't hear the instruccion to leave a message, the caller just listen the beep sound and the caller leaves his message.

But normally the caller hears the sound with the instruccion, so i don't have any idea why elastix stop to do that.

Well, thank you if u read this and understan me, if u have any posibble solucion comment me.

You chose voicemail-no message as the destination, what message did you expect to hear? Maybe the voicemail -unavail would be a more appropriate destination?

Check your voicemail settings on the general settings page, specifically

Do Not Play "please leave message after tone" to caller

Check this to remove the default message "Please leave your message after the tone. When done, hang-up, or press the pound key." That is played after the voicemail greeting (the s option). This applies globally to all vm boxes.

Mm, ok i make the probe checking the checkbox and really works, but in the ivr destination no-msg don't affect this one, no diference when i apply the option and when i disaplly the option.

so no more ideas occurs to me!!!!

Then use the system recordings setting and add the"built-in" one that that plays that (vm-instuctions) . then use that as the "after hours" IVR announcement which will be played before sending it to voicemail-no message
