The relationship between agents and outbound campa

    Hello;
    We are currently developing an interface for our call center based on the call center module.
    We would like to know the relationship between the campaign and agents for outbound campaigns and how to assign agents to outbound campaign?
    Is it possible to know how to tune the Dialer to have a predictive dialer?

    On the callcenter module, it checks for agents assigned to the outbound campaign, then it does a math calculus and determines when to dial the next number. If there are no agents on the queue, it wont do the math, and wont dial any other number

    But i wanna know if ther is a tutorial or a doc witch explain how to configure the predictive.

    Hello, you can take a look at the source code, it is located under:
    /opt/elastix/dialer/
    (only if you have already installed the callcenter module)
    The methods used are on the internet, such as the Erlang approach, and so on.
