I have installed the call center 1.3 and elastix 1.32.
I can log in, hear the music but when a call come in I can't see the
caller id, the name of the DID (because I use more dids)
I had a similar problem. Go to configuraion in Call Center, check the dialer, lower middle of page, if it is not running start it and try a call to your agent.
pls. recheck queue of agent incoming call
my problem as same as you because i test queue from outgoing call
so i have to test from incoming that work for me.
