the agent console don't goes to green when a call

    hello,

    I have installed the call center 1.3 and elastix 1.32.
    I can log in, hear the music but when a call come in I can't see the
    caller id, the name of the DID (because I use more dids)

    I had a similar problem. Go to configuraion in Call Center, check the dialer, lower middle of page, if it is not running start it and try a call to your agent.

    hello,

    I have started the dialer but the same problem
    Nothing appear when a call come in.

    Any other suggestion is wellcome

    pls. recheck queue of agent incoming call
    my problem as same as you because i test queue from outgoing call
    so i have to test from incoming that work for me.

    check that your agent is listed in the queue as AXXX and not just XXX. the "A" confirms its the agent, and not just the ectension
