That feature not available on this line

    When I try to log in an Agent the phone rings but all I get is "that feature is not available on this line" recording.

    What am I missing?

    I have the same problem. Did you find a solution?

    I have made some progress. I had previously changed the feature codes for recording. Changed it back to default i.e. *99 and I can now make recordings.

    But when I get my reminder call it just says "Goodbye" I don't hear my recording.

    for recordings go to PBX select extension and on section recordings select always on incoming or outgoing or both
