Tarjeta B600, no entran ni salen llamadas

Buenos días,

Tengo un problema con una instalación que acabado de realizar, tengo una tarjeta B600 y no entran ni salen llamadas al exterior, las extensiones sí se comunican, pero al exterior nada.

Los registros del asterisk muestran que sí hay salida, pero no sale la llamada. Cuando marcco el número telefónico sí enlaza la llamada pero nunca entra el conmutador ni suena al interior.

Pon la salida de los siguientes items:
1. lsdahdi
2. asterisk -rx "dahdi show channels"
3. asterisk -r (cuando hagas un llamada saliente)
4. asterisk -r (cuando hagas un llamada entrante)

ahi no muestra ningun error...simplemente esta discando al num 57604703 por la 1er troncal que agarre libre del dahdi g0 no muestra errores ni nada...por lo cual no se puede ver ningunn tema, que info extra tienes?

Lo unico que tengo es que tengo 4 líneas contratadas y están agrupadas en una línea desde el proveedor del servicio.

Tal vez otra información sea que anteriormente se tenía instalado un conmutador SPA9000 conectado a un gateway de voz SPA400 para conectarse con el proveedor de telefonía. Antes de meter el elastix desconectamos el conmutador y el gateway e iniciamos el registro de los teléfonos y de hecho salio una llamada pero al querer configurar una regla de salida (outbound para teléfonos móviles) dejaron de salir, ya elimine la ruta de salida y aún así no sale.

realmenet no puedo ayudarte es demasiada poca info...si pones un telefono comun al cable rj11 que entra a la b600 tiene tono y podes llamar y recibir?
