Sugarcrm

    I installed Sugarcrm 5.0 and Voicerd. But, when I click on: Admin -> System Settings, I see nothing instead of
    "Asterisk® / VoiceRD®
    Enable Asterisk / VoiceRD Integration?....."
    I don't understand what's wrong
    And I get problem that: when customers call for me, I want all information about them display on sugarcrm web interface. But i don't know what way.
