Strange problem with monitoring page

    Hi all,

    I'm newbie on Elastix 2 and I've got some problem with its monitoring page.

    Here is my story,

    I've set all incoming calls to be going to a specific queue
    In that queue setting , there is a list of static agents including extensions and external numbers

    For example,
    8xxxxxxxxx,0 <= external number
    8xxxxxxxxx,0 <= external number
    8xxxxxxxxx,0 <= external number
    100,0 <= extension
    200,0 <= extension
    I also have set all the call (incoming/outgoing) to be recorded to the system which should be shown in monitoring page.

    The problem is if the calls (incoming/outgoing) are made from/to external numbers (i.e. 8xxxxxxxxxxs) the monitoring page does not show them but if they are made from/to extension (i.e. 100,200) the records will be correctly shown in the monitoring page.

    I've check at /var/spool/asterisk/monitor too see if all records are stored in the system. The result is YES , all recording sound are just correctly stored there (including all records from/to external numbers).

    Hence , I'm wondering why the monitor page does not show the calls made from/to external numbers even though they are already stored to the system.

    Please guide me how to fix this.
    I've been sticking with this for 2 days and still don't know how to work out.
