Some lines never go to voicemail.

    I've been using my system for about a month now but I'm having a problem. Some lines are not going to voice mail if there is no answer after the default ring time. The lines having this problem all have an entry in extensions_custom.

    exten => 102,1,SIPAddHeader(Alert-Info: \;info=1)
    exten => 102,2,Dial(SIP/102)

    I use this to get a different ring for internal calls. But I'm wondering if that is incorrect and is causing the line to ring for about a minute and then drop. Instead of going to voice mail. Lines that don't have that entry but all other settings and equipment are the same work as they should.

    Any other ideas would be great. Thank you.

    Have you tried removing those custom entries to see if it corrects the problem.

    For custom internal rings you could set the alert-info field on the inbound route so that it would be different than the default for internal calls.
