I'm sure there is a simple way to do this, but I am just not seeing it. I've made a custom context in extensions_custom.conf that I want to pass of the i extension to from my IVR. The main difference is that it says what was dialed back to the user and tells them it's not a valid extension. I know you can enter a custom i destination in the IVR, but it seems like the only places I can direct it to are an extension or ring group or similar. I want to just redirect it to a context.

Is there an easy way for me to just redirect the i destination for the IVR? Currently I'm editing the extensions_additional.conf file manually after any updates and changing the line to go to the new context, but there has to be some easy way to save this in the GUI so I don't need to continue manually editing it.

Thanks for your help!

Re:Change the i destination in an IVR

I figured this out. Custom Destinations is what I was looking for. Just posting it here in case anyone else has a similar problem.
