Hello, This is a fresh install 1.6.2 It has been fully updated. The only thing i have configured is three Cisco 7940's, no trunks. no outbound routes

I am only trying to make internal calls with this server. Every time I try to dial another extension I get 1 ring then immediate reorder. I deleted all three extensions and reconfigured them. I rest all three phone to factory and started again. Even though I am not going outside i entered external IP address in sip_nat.conf.

When I created the extensions i left everything default except the extension number and the secret.

I have formatted and reinstalled twice.

The second button on the phones connect to an Elastix box almost identical to this one 6000 miles away and work with no problems.

    here are the logs:

    Re:cannot make internal calls DIALSTATUS=CONGESTION

This was a problem with the network card in the server. I don't know why or how, but when i changed the network card the problems disappeared. The card was an Intel 10/100/1000 (new)
