I applied for it three weeks ago and just received an email saying that they've already got all the beta tester they needed and will contact us for the next beta phase.

I just got signed up, but I can't seem to get it to work properly. I choose the option for IP authentication (figured it would be easer), but still having issues.

Does anyone have Skype for SIP working on any version of E? I am running 1.5.2-2.

Thank you Patrick. I suspect that the Skype for Asterisk is actually different from Skype for SIP. Please correct me if I am wrong.

The settings I got from Skype was pretty limited. One can choose either Password or IP Authentication.

Examples of Settings for Password Authentication for Skype for SIP:

SIP User: a very long number (removed to protect the innocent)
Password: a very long alphanumeric value (removed to protect the innocent)
    Skype for SIP domain sip.skype.com
    UDP Port: 5060

Example of Settings for IP Authentication for Skype for SIP:

SIP User: a very long number (removed to protect the innocent)
    Skype for SIP domain: sip.skype.com
Primary Skype for SIP Address: 2.sip.skype.com
Secondary Skype for SIP Address: 1.sip.skype.com
Primary Skype for SIP IP: 204.9.161.164
Secondary Skype for SIP IP: 63.209.144.201

    That's all Skype gives you.
