SIP response 486 "Busy here" back from

Hola Estimados,

Tengo un problema espero me puedan ayudar, cree una trunk sip y un outbound routes y cuando hago una llamada funciona muy bien el problema es cuando otra persona quiere salir por la misma trunk no le da un todo de busy sino que corta la llamada a la otra persona y le sale un mensaje 486 , es como que corta las dos llamadas , este es el resultado el momento que entra la segunda llamada , estaba hablando la extensión 302 y luego marca la 301 y le corta ahí le sale el error

Hola.

A mi en lo particular se ma hce un poco raro pero lo que podrias hacer para que la otra llamada no se corte es en tu troncal definir el numero de canales que pueden utilizarla. en este caso 1 para ver si de esta manera se pudiera corregir espero te ayude ne algo saludos
